RE: EVIDENCE THAT LAMBROS WAS SCHEDULED FOR EXTRADITION HEARING IN
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL BY U.S. EMBASSY.
Dear Gregg:
I have been cleaning my cell for the past two (2) days and going
through old paper work from my cases.
Attached for your review is the May 29, 1991, letter from U.S. Consul
John A. Lowell to John Gregory Lambros, as to his visit.
PLEASE NOTE: That John A. Lowell states:
"[Alt that occasion you also requested that copies of the INDICTMENT in English and Portuguese be provided to Isaias Pereira Cabral. The Embassy legal advisor informed me that the American Embassy DOES NOT provide such copies. However, any lawyer assisting you will be able to obtain copies directly from the Brazilian Supreme Court in Brasilia or FROM THE FEDERAL COURT IN RIO de JANEIRO PRIOR TO YOUR HEARING."
As you may recall from reading my past legal pleadings, I WAS NEVER
GIVEN A HEARING IN RIO de JANEIRO, BRAZIL and forcibly shipped to
Brasilia, Brazil where the Brazilians started torturing me.
NOW WE HAVE PROOF from the U.S. Embassy Consul JOHN A. LOWELL, that I
was scheduled for an EXTRADITION HEARING in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
and never received one.
Should we forward this letter and attached exhibit to the
COURT?????
Signed:
John G. Lambros
