RE: ELECTROMAGNETIC COMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH

I would like to share some information I received regarding the placement of electrodes inside the human brain.

First, my CONFIDENTIAL SOURCE informed me of his own research in Electromagnetic communications research. The subject has nothing to do with brain implants but as you will see, it could very well have been the roots for implant research. Back in the 1960's scientists in both England and Russia had been working on developing a clandestine method of sending electromagnetic waves to a receiver which had no parts or batteries in them. These devices were called "PARAMETRIC CAVITIES," physically they were simply shaped like small cylinders with thin gold diaphragms mounted in them. The theory of operation was based on a metallic substances of a specific shape having ability to interact with microwave frequencies in such a fashion as to oscillate in sympathy and generate a lower harmonic radio frequency which could then be received by a nearby receiver. This theory worked very well for clandestine eavesdropping equipment. The device needed no power source, looked completely innocuous, and could not be detected via traditional means.

It occurred to my CONFIDENTIAL SOURCE that the implants detected in the X-Rays of John Gregory Lambros' SKULL could very well be "PARAMETRIC CAVITIES," as they certainly fit the shape description necessary for such devices to operate. The CONFIDENTIAL SOURCE further stated, "Judging from the size of the devices in your [John G. Lambros] case, it would take an extremely high frequency microwave beam to interact with them. Perhaps in the order of several hundred Gigahertz. Such equipment is highly complex and difficult to obtain. There are -no practical applications other than space communications at these frequencies. It is possible however for these extremely high frequency microwave carriers to be modulated in either frequency or amplitude for the purpose of sending control signals of the same type and purpose as the electrode implants used for brain experiments by our modern day academia."

In conclusion, my CONFIDENTIAL SOURCE stated, "So there you have it, a combination of two purely academic sciences: A) Electrode Stimuli of the cerebral cortex, and B) PARAMETRIC CAVITIES as used in telemetric applications. Together they spell "BRAIN CONTROL IMPLANTS." Now if I were to provide plenty more details on frequencies, shape, modulation types, beam width, radio field strength, aperture types, cerebral mapping, and several medical procedures, I would have created a document that some MILITARY TYPES would probably end up stamping SECRET on it and you would never see it."
