Dear Mr. Lambros:
I am sorry and apologize for taking so long to respond your letter of May 16, with the attached copies.
In the meantime I attended abroad many Conventions and other lionistic events.
I also acknowledge your last letter to Manuel Schwartz in Rio. I met Mr. Schwartz and we talked about your understandable complains.
I assure you that all the Brazilians condemn any violations against human rights. It is also understood that such violations no longer exist.
I forwarded your letters to a friend of mine who is a very active member of OAB, for investigation.
I ask General Counsel Garry La Petina, to send a copy to the ONU.
Best wishes.
Sincerely yours,
{signed}
Augustin Soliva
Second Vice President.
