Re: International Extradition, Mind Control, Radio-implants,

For example, extradition from BRAZIL to the United States is ONLY LEGAL on STATE criminal indictments not FEDERAL criminal indictments.
Many of the U.S. extradition treaties with foreign countries do not cover the jurisdictional aspect of interstate commerce or transportation of FEDERAL crimes, such as the regulation of illegal drugs. Also, the language within most U.S. extradition treaties do not include the phrase "GRANTING JURISDICTION TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT," they only refer to the "STATES." The phrase "law of the United States" encompasses only FEDERAL LAW and NOT STATE LAWS. See, U.S. vs. JOHNSON! 506 F.2d 305, 307 (7th Cir. 1974), cert. Denied, 420 U.S. 1005; and U.S. vs GATES! 807 F.2d 1075, 1081-82 (D.C. Cir. 1986), cert. Denied, 481 U.S. 1006.
If you were extradited from a foreign country on a FEDERAL indictment, you may be locked-up illegally and NLPA may be able to assist you and your counsel.
Because of this problem, NLPA has been actively involved in the battle to gain the freedom for John Gregory Lambros who was extradited from BRAZIL illegally, as only the State of Minnesota had jurisdiction not the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. To date, NLPA has assisted counsel in overturning Lambros's mandatory life sentence, U.S. v. Lambros, 65 F. 3d 698 (8th Cir. 1995). Lambros was tortured, depatterned, tracking devices were inserted into his body and he was force implanted with brain control implants that monitor and control Lambros's mental functions, thoughts, and deeds. This appears to be part of a mass implantation effort by the Brazilian Government to control the Brazilian people. Lambros's implants have been proved by BOP x-rays that show damage to his skull from microwave transmissions.
NLPA is still gathering information for its database on individuals that have been implanted with tracking devises, radio-implants, or have been subjected to mind control technology.
