RE: ASSISTANCE IN COORDINATING SHAREHOLDER PRESSURE IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACTIVISTS ON CAMPUSES, AND PUSHING MUNICIPALITIES FOR SELECTIVE PURCHASING LEGISLATION AGAINST BRAZIL FOR THE TORTURE AND IMPLANTATION OF JOHN G. LAMBROS.
Dear Simon Billenness:
I am a U.S. citizen from Minnesota, formerly penny stock/ blind pool/Canadian gold/investment banker/commodities adviser, that was extradited from BRAZIL after thirteen (13) months of daily torture and forced interrogation while being "DEPATTERNED" and forced implanted. My unwillingness to confess and have my family extorted was met with gassing, electric shock, beatings, food deprivation and daily mental abuse due to psychic driving which continues to this day. The Police station I was held in is known as a torture site/ interrogation center, the cells and common area within the Brazilian Federal Police Station, Brasilia, Brazil utilized the known grid/ depatterning technology in conjunction with bio-medical/parametric cavities/brain control implants that were placed within my skull and possibly other parts of my body to control induction of voice, images and sensations into my body. This process allows the insertion of almost anything into target areas within the brain/mind system. Thus, insertions are processed by the brain as internally-generated data. Words, phrases, images, sensations, and emotions are directly inserted and experienced by me as internal states, modes, emotions, thoughts, ideas, etc., thus human slavery. This process is approved by the Brazilian Government to force confessions, torture, mutilate, control and kill humans. All of my requests to the Brazilian Government have been ignored and I have finally received the attention of U.S. Senator Jesse Helms and the Foreign Relations Committee after five (5) years.
So as to offer accredited proof as to the above, I've attached the August 1995, PHOENIX LETTER by Dr. Antony C. Sutton, formerly Hoover Institute of War, Revolution and Peace, Stanford University and UCLA. Dr. Sutton also wrote about me in his October 1995, PHOENIX LETTER, which is available via my Web site. It is also my understanding that Dr. Sutton has written about me in his Future Technology Intelligence Report.
The April 29, 1996, USA TODAY, Cover Story, "ACTIVISTS MAKE INROADS WITH U.S. COMPANIES" spoke of your assisting in the coordination of shareholder pressure in pushing municipalities for selective purchasing legislation which has included the passed laws barring contracts with any business that has interests in Myanmar. The companies include Texaco Inc., Unocal Corp., Atlantic Richfield and PepsiCo in the cities of Berkeley & Santa Monica, Calif.; Madison, Wisconsin; and Ann Arbor, Michigan.
I would greatly appreciate if you could forward any and all information available, including sample copy of documents used in pushing municipalities for selective purchasing legislation for laws barring contracts with any business that has interests in Myanamar so I may use same against BRAZIL. Also I am requesting that you review my Web site, more documents being added bi-weekly, consider becoming involved and request activists on campuses nationwide to review my web site and become involved. I would also appreciate being linked to other sites.
