Dear Commander:

This is my SUPPLEMENTAL APPEAL from my January 12, 1995, Appeal. Enclosed please find the following:

1. December 13, 1994, FOIA request;

2. January 12, 1995, FOIA Appeal;

3. April 7, 1995 Lambros letter to Jeffrey W. Davis, Lieutenant colonel, Research Data Dept. referencing his March 3, 1995 letter.

I believe your files contain all information I have requested and I would appreciate if you would search the Defense Technical Information Center and any other data base containing NASA information. The information which I have requested is clearly releasable under the FOIA/Privacy/Federal Records Act and, in my opinion, may not validly be protected by any of the Act's exemptions.

Also I believe records responsive to this request are stampted classified, treat this request that all such records be declassified. It is my understanding that most classified documents are downgraded after fifteen (15) years. Please refer to Title 18 §401 nt, EON 12356, et al.

This Appeal is SUPPLEMENTAL to my January 12, 1995 Appeal. In any case, I will expect to receive your decision within twenty (20) business days, as required by law/statue.
