motion for judgment on the pleadings is withdrawn without
prejudice [77-1]; 2. No later than 5/30/00 Dfts shall
deliver to counsel for Pltf a comprehensive motion to
dismiss or for summary judgment, supported as required by
the Fed.R.Civ.P., and the Local Rules of this Court; these
pleadings shall be complete in themselves, and shall not
purport to incorporate by reference any other document or
pleadings; 3. No later than 6/30/00 Pltf shall deliver to
counsel for Dfts its responsive pleadings required by the
Fed.R.Civ.P., and the Local Rules of this Court; 4. No
later than 7/17/00 Dfts shall file their reply memorandum
in accordance with the Rules; 5. A hearing will be held
before this Court on said motion on 7/26/00 at 10:00 a.m.
