  2. Equifax Information Services Center, 5505 Peachtree - Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA 30348; and
  3. Copy of the letter was sent to Fernando Henrique Cardoso, President of Brazil, c/o Ambassador of Brazil for the U.S.A., 3006 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20008.
