RE: SECOND ANNUAL DEFENSE MINISTERIAL OF THE AMERICAS

Dear Sir:

Attached is copy of the March 1996, letter that was received by your U.S. Embassy in Washington for release to President Carlos Saul Menem and public release entitled:

COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD URGED TO HELP BOYCOTT BRAZILIAN COFFEE AND
BRAZILIAN PARTICIPATION IN THE 1996 SUMMER OLYMPICS IN ATLANTA AND
ALL FUTURE OLYMPIC GAMES DUE TO TORTURE AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES.

I am asking you to write President Henrique Cardoso, the President of Brazil, and request a position paper as to if U.S. Citizen John Gregory Lambros was tortured and implanted with bio-medical implants while being held for U.S. Extradition in 1991 and 1992 at the Federal Police Station in Brasilia, Brazil.

If President Cardoso refuses to respond to your request within thirty (30) days of his receipt of same, Boycott Brazil is requesting that you withdraw your invitation to have Brazil attend the October 1996 Second Annual Defense Ministerial of the Americas meeting.

Please request further information as to the torture to John Gregory Lambros and the current international boycott of BRAZILIAN COFFEE and BRAZILIAN PARTICIPATION IN THE SUMMER OLYMPICS by E-mailing:

Sincerely,

{signed}

John G. Lambros
